ADITYA NANDAL and SAHIL OF CLASS XI brought laurels to
school by winning FIRST PRIZE in Inter-School Science
Exhibition Competition organised by St.Mary's School on Oct
30, 2010.
Reading habits were inculcated among students by organising
Book Fair
DAV Pachim Enclave at No. 1; outshines
all DAV's and big Delhi Schools. Ranks @ No. 4 all
over Delhi & NCR.
The Ministry of Tourism and Directorate of Education has declared DAV CPS, as the BEST SCHOOL amongst all schools in Delhi and NCR for popularising the Common Wealth Games in the month of October,2010. CONGRATULATIONS TO ONE AND ALL!
Ms. Anvita Wahi, the Supervisory Head of the Senior Branch of the school was honoured with prestigious 'HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION AWARD' for the upliftment of the students.
ANNUAL SPORTS
MEET
DAV Centenary Public
School, Paschim Enclave organized an opening ceremony
of Annual Sports Meet-2009, on December 18,2009.
Sh. R.S Sharma,
general Secretary, DAV College Managing Committee presided
over the function. Members of the local Managing Committee
and other dignitaries also graced the function.
VEDIC CHETNA SHIVIR
DAV Centenary Public School, Paschim
Enclave organized an overnight Vedic Chetna Shivir –
JAGRITI on March 20-21, 2010 in the school premises
with an objective to propagate the vedic values and
thus contributing in making a morally upright society.
More than 80 students participated in the Shivir. Mr.
Baldev Jindal, a staunch Arya Samajist and Industrialist
was the Chief Guest. Sh. C.L. Khanna, another dedicated
Arya Samajist , graced the occasion as the Guest of
Honour.
PROGREESIVE APPROACH
OF CONTINUOUS AND COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION (CCE)
In wake of latest Examination reforms
introduced by CBSE, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation
(CCE) System has been successfully implemented in DAV
Centenary Public School, Paschim Enclave. It is noteworthy
that the school is one of the Mentor schools in west
Zone appointed by the CBSE.
