SCHOOL PARLIAMENT 2010-2011
The aim of the School Parliament is to help the students become better leaders in future. This kind of exposure improves their administrative and organisational skills. This also helps them in becoming mature citizens and ensures widening of their cognitive horizons. Elections are conducted as per Parliamentary norms and portfolios allotted to the students.
Students are elected from classes IX and XI for various disciplines. The nominated members of the Parliament are from classes VII and VIII.
It is the responsibility of the school Parliament to assist in planning various activities, under adult supervision and guidance. They also assist in the smooth running of the school by maintaining discipline, upholding and propagating the values and traditions of the school and motivating other students to be creative, sincere, thoughtful and diligent. The school Parliament is a platform that helps students develop administrative traits and organisational skills. It also helps the Principal and teachers in dealing with matters related to the students in particular and the school in general.
The elections are conducted in the month
